Return and Refund Policy
- Introduction
At Famstore, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Condition of Product: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. All original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and brand seals must be intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid sales invoice or proof of purchase must accompany the return.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or Used Products: Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear and tear.
- Personal Care and Hygiene Products: Due to health and safety reasons, products such as personal care items are non-returnable if opened.
- Customized or Special-Order Products: Items that have been customized or specially ordered at the customer’s request.
- Digital Products: Products with scratched or redeemed activation codes.
- Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide Details: Share your order number, the reason for return, and any supporting images if applicable.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.
- Shipping the Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging and include all accessories. Clearly label the package with the provided RAN. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Inspection and Restocking Fees
Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the product is opened but unused and without visible scratches, a restocking fee will apply:
- Apple Products: A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be deducted.
- Other Brands: A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be deducted.
- Refunds
Once the return is approved:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. For credit/debit card purchases, the refund will be processed to the same card.
- Gift Cards or Loyalty Points: Purchases made using gift cards or loyalty points will be refunded through a Famstore gift card.
- Non-Refundable Charges
Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once acknowledged by the customer.
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is dead on arrival or not functioning as intended:
- Immediate Reporting: Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
- Assessment: The product will be inspected by our team or the manufacturer’s authorized service center. This process may take up to four business days.
- Resolution: Based on the assessment, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Famstore is not responsible for transferring any data from returned products or for the loss of any data stored on the returned product. We recommend backing up all personal data before initiating a return.
